Refund and Return Policies

In our quest to empower people to take control of their pain management, we want you to try our Etha™ products risk-free.  That is why we have a 30-day 'Money Back Guarantee'.  You can test out Etha™ products and see if they work for you.  If they do not, we will refund your money.

 

Due to inevitable fraudulent activity, we have a clear Refund and Return and 'Money Back Guarantee' policy. All policy information applies to purchases made directly through www.ethalivefully.com. Refund requests on purchases made via third-party affiliates must be directed to the appropriate retailer.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The guarantee is valid only if the following conditions and stipulations are met and agreed upon:

1) SINGLE PACK (7.5 or 75 grams) ETHA™ BOTANICALS

The first purchase of a single pack (7.5 or 75 grams) of Etha™ Botanicals does not require a return for full refund (minus shipping & applied discounts).

Follow up purchases from the same customer will require the return of the product for a refund.  The returned product must be sent back in its original packaging and not opened, used, or tampered with in any manner. Please repackage properly so that returned item is not damaged during shipping.

The return shipping fee will be at the responsibility of the customer. Etha™ Customer Service can provide a return label for an easy return process. This fee will then be deducted from the refund.
  

2) MULTIPLE 75 gram bags or SINGLE LARGER BAGS ABOVE 75 grams ETHA™ BOTANICALS

For orders with multiple bags (totaling over 75 grams) or single larger bags above 75 grams, the entire order must be returned.  For multiple bag orders, only one bag can be opened.  For bags larger than 75 grams, the majority of the content (above 50%) has to remain in the bag.  Please repackage properly so that returned item is not damaged during shipping.

Please note refunds will come in the form of a mailed physical check from Ethos Natural Medicine LLC and made out to the customer who made the order.  The total time to process a refund can take up to 30 days. During this time, please refrain from filing any type of claims for refunds with your credit card provider or PayPal to avoid prolonging the process. Please allow up to 30 days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ethalivefully.com.
