Payment Options

 

1. ONLINE ECHECK (Additional 10% Discount on Your Order)

Easily pay online with a checking account through our partnership with Green Money, the oldest, accredited provider of eCheck processing. When you do, enjoy an additional 10% discount on your order.

a. Make sure you have added a valid phone number (XXX)XXX-XXXX to your Etha profile 

b. Select Online eCheck as your payment option

c. Add in your bank routing number and checking account number.  You can get your routing number online as well as on a physical check. 

!!!Mobile phone users - Flip phone to horizontal mode so you can add in your checking account number and routing number!!!

d. Green Money will evaluate your payment.  If it clears, we will process your order.  If payment is rejected, you will receive an email notification.  Please contact our Customer Support team at support@ethalivefully.com for assistance.

  

2. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments.  

a. Make sure you input your correct Account/Card Number, Expiration Date (MM/YY), and Security Code/CVC (back of your card).

b. Wait a moment for our merchant to verify your order...⌛ Once verified, you will get a confirmation message.

c. In some rare instances, you may be required to verify your transaction. You will receive an email from our merchant partner, Payofix, alerting you that your transaction is pending payment verification.  Please work with your bank/merchant to approve the transaction.  It may show up as "Dermo+18335182548" on your statement.  Please call Payofix at +1-844-334-6155 to approve the payment.  Once you're approved, Payofix will clear the order for processing with Etha.

d. Please note as well that the processing bank could be from overseas. In some rare occurrences, your bank may raise a small international transaction fee between $1.00 to $5.00. Neither Payofix nor Etha Natural Botanicals will benefit from such a fee. Please contact your bank if you have issues with the fee.

3. EMAIL A PHOTO OF A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER - Get An Additional 10% Discount On Your Order

a. Make out a check or money order to 'Ethos Natural Medicine LLC', add your order number, total amount of your order, and endorse it.

b. Sign the back of your check and write "For mobile deposit only at First Tech".  You do NOT have to sign the back of your money order.

c. Take a photo of the FRONT and BACK of your check or money order (make sure it is endorsed). 

NOTE: JPG, TIFF, and PNG image formats are acceptable. Other formats such as PDF are NOT supported. If uploading scanned checks, ensure they are scanned at 200-300 DPI. If taking photos with a camera, the minimum recommended resolution is 1600x1200 pixels and the file sizes should not exceed 2 MB. Ensure photos are taken in a well-lit location and the check or money order is placed on a contrasting, non-reflective background that is simple and clean. All 4 corners must be clearly visible, with ample space around all sides. Re-scan or retake photos if the images are blurry.

d. Email the photos to accounting@ethalivefully.com

You will receive an email reply confirming your payment and instructions if the images are not acceptable.  Please allow up to 24 hours for payment to clear before we ship your order.

 

4. MAIL A CHECK OR MONEY ORDER - Get an additional 10% discount on your order

a. Make out a check or money order to 'Ethos Natural Medicine LLC', add your order number, total amount of your order, and sign it.

b. Sign the back of your check and write "For mobile deposit only at First Tech".  You do NOT have to sign the back of your money order.

ONE LAST THING:

Regardless of how you pay, once your payment has cleared, we will process your order for shipment within 72 hours (usually within 24 hours).  You will receive a notice either through email or text with your USPS tracking number and link for your order.  Keep in mind that it can take USPS up to 48 hours to update their website with tracking details.  To learn more, check out our Shipping Policy.
