1. ONLINE ECHECK
Easily pay online with a checking account through our partnership with Green Money, the oldest, accredited provider of eCheck processing.
a. Make sure you have added a valid phone number (XXX)XXX-XXXX to your Etha profile
b. Select Online eCheck as your payment option
c. Add in your bank routing number and checking account number. You can get your routing number online as well as on a physical check.
!!!Mobile phone users - Flip phone to horizontal mode so you can add in your checking account number and routing number!!!
d. Green Money will evaluate your payment. If it clears, we will process your order. If payment is rejected, you will receive an email notification. Please contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
2. PAY BY PHONE W/ CREDIT CARD
ETHA accepts credit card payments over the phone.
a. Place your order and select "Pay By Phone" as your payment option. Submit and finalize your order.
b. Call us at 619-888-5643 (M-F 10am-6pm PST).
c. Be ready with your full name, order number, and credit/debit card information (card number, expiration date, CVV/CVV2, and billing zip code).
d. Once payment is confirmed, we will clear your order for shipment.
3. CREDIT CARD PROCESSING THROUGH PAYOFIX
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments through our merchant Payofix.
a. Make sure you input your correct Account/Card Number, Expiration Date (MM/YY), and Security Code/CVC (back of your card).
b. Wait a moment for Payofix to verify your order...⌛ Once verified, you will get a confirmation message.
c. In some rare instances, you may be required to verify your transaction. You will receive an email from our merchant partner, Payofix, alerting you that your transaction is pending payment verification. Please work with your bank/merchant to approve the transaction. It may show up as as another company and not Etha on your statement. Please call Payofix at +1-844-334-6155, chat at payofix.com, or by sending an email to email@example.com to approve your payment. Once you're approved, Payofix will clear the order for processing with Etha.
d. Please note as well that the processing bank could be from overseas. In some rare occurrences, your bank may raise a small international transaction fee between $1.00 to $5.00. Neither Payofix nor Etha Natural Botanicals will benefit from such a fee. Please contact your bank if you have issues with the fee.

4. Bitcoin Payment
*To pay by Bitcoin, you'll need a to have a Bitcoin wallet already set up. No matter what wallet you choose, setting one up is fast and easy.
a. Open your Bitcoin wallet-
b. Get some Bitcoins- If you don't already have Bitcoins in your wallet, go ahead and get some before completing the transaction.
c. Checking out with Bitcoin.
-Once you have completed your order and have chosen the "Bitcoin Payment" option. you will be provided with some information about your order. The equivalent price in Bitcoins and two payment options: a QR code and a Manual Link
-QR Code: You can use your phone to simply scan the QR code and send the Bitcoin.
-Manual Link (Manual Payment)
1. Copy the Bitcoin address link provided in the payment window
2. Paste the address in the "send to" field on your wallet
3. Copy the exact Bitcoin amount from the payment window
4. Paste Bitcoin amount into the amount field on your wallet.
5. Send Payment
d. Once your payment has been processed to the Bitcoin network, the payment window will update to "paid" and will be redirected to the Etha Website.
ONE LAST THING:
Regardless of how you pay, once your payment has cleared, we will process your order for shipment within 72 hours (usually within 24 hours). You will receive a notice either through email or text with your USPS tracking number and link for your order.
